In 2020 and 2021, the Chamber, like most businesses, pivoted for survival. We had to change up what we were doing in order to stay relevant to the needs of our struggling business members.

In 2022, we’re making changes again, but our focus is now growth as we help members and the community embrace our new reality. We’re reaching out to ensure you have the tools and resources you need.

The Chamber is offering guidance on how to adapt to the new challenges of labor shortage and supply chain issues. We’re educating a new group of leaders on the intricacies of our community through the inaugural class of Leadership Alameda. And we’re advocating for businesses that need a little extra help to navigate unexpected processes.

In 2022, we are also placing a focus on different voices of all race, creed, colors, genders, and ages and our Chamber board reflects that.

If there’s something your business needs or something you require professionally to succeed–even if you don’t think it falls within our purview–ask us. If we can’t help, we likely know someone who can.

Have a wonderful week.
