We have a lot of amazing events coming up geared toward helping you and your business. I know for some people it’s hard to motivate to attend these gatherings. It’s been a long time. You have other obligations. It takes time out of your day.

But our events help your business in multiple ways. By attending you can:

  • learn new skills. Business and customer needs change pretty quickly. You have to keep up and attending chamber events is one of the most affordable ways to keep your skills on target for current business needs.
  • meet new people. People are critical to your business. You could meet investors, partners, future employees, customers, mentors, or vendors who can help you improve your business.
  • get the word out about your business. Think of attending events as filling up your business (or professional) bucket one drop at a time. You never know which drop will put you over the top. The more you get out in our community, the more water you add to your bucket. Eventually, that bucket will overflow and everyone will know about you.

You can be a successful chamber member by never attending an event, but the benefit of connecting is hard to negate. If you haven’t attended an event yet, check them out. We have a summer (and fall!) full of opportunities to improve your business, skills, and name recognition.
